Refund Policy

We want you to be confident using NDEY Upper. If something isn’t working as expected, please contact support@ndey-upper.com.
Eligibility
- Refunds are available for unused token purchases within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.
- If any token from the purchased bundle has been redeemed, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not available for complimentary or promotional tokens.
How to request a refund
- Email us at support@ndey-upper.com from the email associated with your account.
- Include your purchase date and the last four digits of the payment card used (if applicable).
- We will verify eligibility and update you by email.
Method and timing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear on your statement.
