Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes content and activities that are prohibited on NDEY Upper.

Prohibited content

• Illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Harassment, hate, threats, or content that promotes violence or self‑harm
• Sexually explicit content involving minors or non‑consensual material
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise security

Usage restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
• Do not misrepresent ownership or rights to content you upload
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or payment requirements

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or notify authorities where required. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account closure.
